Fabric is medium weight poly cotton poplin in grey. The skirt is fitted at the waist. A long ruffle at the base of the skirt is covered by a higher ruffle, which is edged with black venice rose lace. A black chenille poodle applique decorates the front! From the bow to the poodle falls a string of white glass pearls. For easy skirt care, the pearl string detaches with a lobster claw jewelry clasp. The grey and black lace bow on the waistband detaches with a brooch pin.
